Full Catastrophe Living Full Catastrophe Living draws on Kabat-Zinn’s experience of developing Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the University of Massachusetts and provides an in-depth summary of his approach and thinking.
Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy is the manual for the 8-week mindfulness program developed to treat recurrent depression and recommended by the National Institute of Health and Care Excellence.  It contains detailed lesson plans for all sessions of the programme as well as valuable discussions on key teaching skills such as guiding practices and the inquiry process.
